Arrival/Departure

Arrival: 15 to 18:30 - later arrivals please arrange with the reception. On arrival you will receive a bottle of Mummelsee spring water in your room. Departure: until 11 am. Please note our page "How to find us".

Bathrobe and slippers

Bathrobe, towels and slippers are available for you in your room.

Accessibility

Our hotel is equipped with an elevator and is basically barrier-free. Upon request and availability, we will be happy to reserve you our barrier-free room of the type Katzenkopf.

Breakfast

Our gourmet breakfast buffet is available for you from 8.00 am to 10.30 am.

Gift

Upon departure you will receive a farewell gift.

Vouchers

Only fully paid vouchers can be redeemed. A payout of the voucher value is not possible.

Half board

0 - 3 years free of charge (baby crib and baby monitor free of charge on request).

4 - 11 years 30,- €

from 12 years 55,- €

including breakfast.

All-day free juice bar in the restaurant, as well as a play corner. Forest playground, pedal boats. Games hire. Further offers on request.

Pets / Dogs

Bringing your dear four-legged friend is possible after prior arrangement with the reception. Prerequisite is your own basket or blanket. The cost per day without food is 20,00 €.

Children

Children can help themselves all day at the juice bar, discover our forest playground or go for a ride on the pedal boat. A play corner in the restaurant offers all kinds of fun and entertainment. Crib and baby monitor on request (free of charge). Children up to 3 years stay free of charge in their parents' room. From 4-11 years € 30,00 p.p. From 12 years and each additional adult costs € 55.00

Minimum stay

In our house on weekends is a minimum stay from Friday to Sunday.

Prices

The hotel prices are per room and day including breakfast buffet, plus visitor's tax. The statutory value added tax applies. We will pass on any increase in VAT. With the publication of this price list all previous ones lose their validity.

Smoker / Non-smoker

All rooms, apartments and suites, as well as restaurants, hotel lobby and hotel corridors are non-smoking areas.

Invoice

We prefer EC card or cash, but also accept credit cards.

Sauna wellness world

Our Mummelsee wellness world is open for you every day.

Opening hours in summer from 3 p.m. to 10 p.m. and in winter from 1 p.m. to 10 p.m. Children aged 16 and over may enter our wellness world alone. Between the ages of 11 and 16 only when accompanied by an adult. Children under the age of 11 are unfortunately not allowed to enter, we ask for your understanding.

Cancellations

Room reservations can be canceled free of charge up to 2 weeks before arrival. If canceled later, we will charge 70% of the room price.

This also applies to early departures. If you do not arrive without informing us, we will charge you 100% of the booked service. Cancellation of booked services is only effective if it has been submitted in writing and confirmed by us.

WLAN

W-LAN is available free of charge in all our hotel rooms and in the restaurant.

Room

We offer rooms in different price ranges. The differences result from location, equipment and size of the rooms and suites. We reserve the right to make requests regarding specific room numbers and floors.

Extra bed / sofa bed

For accommodation of a third adult person in the room we charge 55,00 € per person and day including breakfast buffet.

Company vacations

The hotel and restaurant will be closed from 03.11.2025 up to and including 04.12.2025, but our Black Forest store will be open. (subject to change)

On 24.12.2024 and 31.12.2024 our house is closed from approx. 16.00 hrs.

Bookings can be made at any time directly via our homepage www.mummelsee.de. Alternatively, you can also book by email via rezeption@mummelsee.de or by telephone.

Tourist tax

The visitor's tax is levied by the municipality of Seebach all year round. The visitor's tax of € 2 (all year round) is charged separately per person and night.

Minibar

We deliberately do not have a minibar. However, we have a small fridge in every room to provide you with a cooling facility.

Restaurant hours

Our restaurant is open from 8.00 am - 9.00 pm. (Hot meals from 12.00 - 21.00 throughout the day).

Massages

can be canceled free of charge up to 24 hours before your appointment. After this time, we reserve the right to charge 100% of the treatment if we are unable to reschedule the appointment

Free use of public transport for visitors to the Black Forest. During your overnight stay with us, you can use all buses and regional trains in the entire northern Black Forest free of charge with your guest card
